Once you have completed and submitted this form we will send you through a Direct Debit Mandate for setting up your regular easy payments. If you have an outstanding oil delivery and wish to join up to the scheme immediately simply return the Direct Debit Mandate to us with a cheque for 50% of the amount outstanding.

Terms and Conditions

1. Customers wishing to charge an unpaid delivery to the scheme must pay 50% (min) immediately, the remainder will be debited to the customers Easy Payment Plan and will be taken into account in calculating the agreed fixed monthly payment amount.
           
                2. The two parties to the agreement will, prior to commencement, agree an estimated annual consumption. This will be calculated at current price ruling at date for the grade(s) of oil required and will provide an estimated annual purchasing value. Where available a routine boiler service charge may also be added; repairs/replacements must be settled outwith the scheme.

                3. The estimated annual purchasing value divided by 12 will be the monthly amount required initially on the Direct Debit Mandate.

                4. Upon receipt of a signed copy of this agreement, and properly completed Direct Debit Mandate, the agreement will take effect. You are now able to set up a direct debit by calling your local depot. The telephone number is listed on the accompanying letter.

                5. GB Oils Ltd undertake to make deliveries in accordance with our normal terms and conditions of delivery, and in accordance with current regulations, to the premises notified by the customer, within normal business hours.

                6. The customer will receive a quarterly statement, marked for information only, showing the value of any deliveries made during the quarter, less the amounts received by direct debit which will be collected on a preset date every month.

                7. During the course of the agreement, and to avoid large under or over  GB Oils Ltd may alter the amount of the monthly payment, after giving written notice to the customer.

                8. In the event of the customer cancelling the Direct Debit Mandate, this agreement will cease immediately and any monies due to GB Oils Ltd will be for immediate payment.

                9. This agreement shall continue until cancelled by either party, by notification in writing.
